The TIME Red Sea Resort is a luxury coastal tourism project under development, spanning an area of 150,000 square meters on the Red Sea coast (100 km from Abha). It is managed by the Dubai-based TIME Hotels Group.  The resort features a design that dedicates 80% of its area to landscaping, offering 148 luxury accommodation units (including 48 rooms, 70 suites, and 30 chalets), in addition to a full-service marina, a vast 70,000 square meter beach area dedicated to activities, a water park, and a public aquarium for displays and research.  Crucially, the project adopts pioneering sustainability standards by relying on solar energy, focusing on minimizing energy and water consumption, and implementing a comprehensive policy for 100% waste recycling.
